Shipping Rates and Policies
Delivery from HifonicsShop.com is £6.50 on all UK & Ireland orders! Order before 2.00pm and we will despatch the very same day. We do rely on 3rd parties for delivery and in over 99% of cases this is done next working day. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible in any circumstance for the parcel not arriving next day or arriving late.
Where? We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland – We will ship to Europe and the Rest of the World for a £15 shipping fee on all orders. Delivery time 5 days. Every effort will be made to deliver the service as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. If your email address is out of order and no other contact information has been provided then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to it the Company may keep your payment until actual delivery. ‘Working days’ means Monday to Friday, excluding Bank or other Public holidays. Orders are despatched from our warehouse within 24 hours. Under normal conditions if an order is received after 13:30 it will be processed the next business day (Mon - Fri). During Bank holidays, post may be delayed by up to 36 hours. Delivery days / times are determined by Royal Mail / Parcel Force but normally take no more than 3 - 5 days to deliver but invariably goods are delivered sooner. Some items are delivered by courier but the same time scales apply. The best way to contact us is by email - we will endeavour to respond within 12 hours, however, incoming email from the weekend may require up to 36 hours to be answered.
